If you can’t do my Get Fit In 6 program, NO PROBLEM, I also do one-on-one Personal Training sessions!
So, What is a Personal Training session like with me?
“I always bring my smile, my ready to go attitude, my positive energy, and of course my love to all my students. And for each and every training session, I bring 150% of me to You. During our very first ever consultation I make sure to listen to everything YOU have to say. To me, it is most important to understand exactly what you would like to accomplish – and that is only achievable by listening.

Upon the very first minute of a personal training session with me, you will see the biggest smile on my face because I am confident I bring to you the very best workout based upon your descriptive vision of the goals you would like accomplished. I will make the training hour so enjoyable; you will not be looking at the clock to see if our training session is over yet or how much time you have left. As a matter of fact, you may be surprised when I tell you that our session is done. Each workout is different, fun, yet progressively designed, so that exercises are learned properly and the workouts are efficient. There is never a time when you leave my session without a big smile on your face, a feeling of accomplishment, a sweaty big hug, and a high five for your well done workout session.”

What goals can be accomplished through Personal Training with me?
