This is the ultimate Class dedicated to training just legs!!!! Although your butt will get a workout too…I’m sure you won’t mind;) 

Legs are an important feature for both men and women. For the Men:  A guy with a big upper body and no legs is not appealing. If you don’t believe me ask the girls;)  Symmetry is important, not only because it looks good aesthetically but also functionally…Guys, you could seriously prevent lots of injuries that way.

 …And for the Women:  Our bottom half is usually where we have most of our fat, and cellulite is not Cute…Imagine what its like to feel soooo comfortable when wearing a skirt when going out! It is truly a great feeling when you wear a pair of shorts or a skirt, and know that you don’t have those skinny legs or the “cottage cheese” that you were always so self conscious about.  

 I have been asked time and time again what I do to get my legs.  So, I figured why not just show you!

 In my class I will take you step by step to achieving Stallion grade pair of legs!  Not only will I motivate you through the most dreaded “leg day” but I will teach you the best exercises, the best routines, great form, and all the other little secrets that you may not know of to get you a WHOPPING # 10 pair of legs!!!

The Semi-Private Set up:

The class is set up Semi-private meaning a limit of ONLY 6 people in the class.

 Semi-private will be a much better way for YOU to get optimal results in comparison to having a super large class. For the idea of teaching you the Ropes, I like to use the gym equipment, not just body weight, or dumbbells.  Not that you can’t get results using just your body weight and free weights, but many times it is necessary to load some weight with a machine to get isolation for a particular muscle group in order for muscle growth to occur more rapidly. 

 And believe me, I mainly practice body weight training and the use of bands, balls, free weights, and other functional training equipment because our bodies DO function in everyday life using all of our muscles collectively. But, for aesthetic reasons I do machines when necessary.   I really want to teach you how to develop a great pair of legs!!! 

  BONUS:  Oh and how could I forget?  You will also get nutrition tips to ensure your results. Nutrition is of course a GREAT  % of your results, so that’s why I will cover every angle to accomplish YOUR BEST LEGS EVER!

Description:  This class is for individuals that can only do 1 time a week because of scheduling conflicts. With 1 x a week you will still be able to achieve desirable results and in a 12-week period you most definitely will see big changes.

Dress Code: Sneakers, T-shirt, shorts or Workout pants, your favorite workout outfit.

What to Bring: Positive Mental Attitude, Oh... Water and a Towel too!
