Wow what a difference 6 weeks can make! Before I met Coach Yari I was lethargic, slow, and had started to feel like I was years older than I actually was. Now I feel energized, healthier, proud, and excited. This workout has done more for me than trim and tighten my body (although losing 25% of my body fat in 6 weeks was an amazing feeling.) I am a 27 year old female who has always been athletic. I never gained the “freshman 15” in college- instead I got stuck with the “senior 16”. And, like most college graduates I joined the real world soon after which is basically sitting in front of a computer for eight+ hours a day, and then going directly to happy hours to relieve work stress. (We ALL know that happy hours consist of endless empty calories of Miller Lite.) Going to the gym wasn’t my problem- pushing myself was. So once my company hired Yari for a national-wide weight loss competition (think Biggest Loser here) I started to see results instantly. During our 1st 12 week session I gave about half my wardrobe away. I surpassed my old “college jeans” which had always been my benchmark, and ordered my first size 4 dress EVER. Needless to say not only is Yari a dynamic individual, she motivates you to no end and teaches you about the “science” of food and exercise- which is something a gym membership can’t give you. Goodbye muffin top,bye-bye Cellulite-- hello size 28 jeans!
PS- As an event coordinator, I organize many events every year, one of which is an annual one held each October at the Delray Beach Marriott. Just today, I met with my hotel rep (who I had not seen in a year) and the first thing out of her mouth was “Oh my god! You’re HALF the size you were last year!” I can’t tell you how GOOD that made me feel!

Yari is an excellent coach, a knowledgeable instructor and a great motivator and I have enjoyed superb results in her program. I lost almost 10 pounds in two months and the great part is that I lost the weight while actually putting on muscle. I like the fact that in just one hour, I get a workout that conditions my heart and lungs, while improving balance and flexibility and building muscle. I would recommend Coach Yari to anyone who is truly serious about rapidly improving their heath fitness.
