The core workout yesterday was awesome. I was worried that since my core is so weak I wouldn’t be able to do all the sets but, I gutted (ha ha) it up and did all of them. Since I started back at the end of December for the 1st 6 days and continued through January, I have lost 11 pounds as of today. I feel better and stronger. Thank you for your videos and all the work you are doing

I promised you I would get you some measurements. Here they are. Since January 19 when I 1st measured myself I have lost 2-1/4” around my hips and 3” from my waist. My total weight loss is 16 lbs. Oh by the way, yesterday I did Day 2 I’m a day behind. The tabata squats were killer. I did manage 2 sets though. My thighs and butt were screaming. Great workout!!! Day 3 for me today :-)
I started at 224 and now am at 208. I’m 5’11” tall. I wear a size 16 and I’m going to have to try 14’s. one of these days I will get you a before and current picture.

Hi Yari,
I have new dimensions!! March was another great month for me!!
Hips: Lost another 1” now down 3-1/2” total
Waist: Lost another 1” now down 4” total
And the new one – because of your killer March leg workout, lost 1” on each of my thighs.
Total weight loss is now 21 lbs. From 224 lb to 203 lb. Closing in on breaking the 200 barrier!
I am now wearing the next smaller size pants too!
With Easter in the mix and traveling, I am still working through the workouts for April for the 1st time. The stability ball is a lot harder than it looks. I’m keeping on plugging away :-)
