Earth is?
So, I was thinking today about Fooood…well my mind is always on food…every 2-3 hours! It’s
non-stop most of the time. Anyway I was thinking about making the greatest protein shake on earth! Actually more like an Ice-cream Dream Protein Shake.
I was not only thinking about me, but about YOU especially, ‘cause I know how hard it can be to stick to a very clean nutritional plan, and know how hard it is to shake away the sugar addiction.
I figured I must share with you what the heck goes on in my health driven mind!!
The reason I was thinking about this is because, well I’ve been so deprived lately doing a Candida cleanse and all. I will definitely talk about this experience in my next newsletter, so stay tuned.
But Now, Back to the chocolatety, frosty-like protein Shake Dream! (Remember the Wendy’s Frosty’s????) well I found a way to do it, but with protein powder!!!
Just think, a meal that taste like desert…It can’t get better than this!
If you are truly craving something sweet, this recipe will cure all your anxiety and cravings for sure, and Without the Guilt!
It consists of only 3 ingredients and is very easy to make.
Ingredient 1: Water
Ingredient 2: American Whey Protein Powder
Ingredient 3: Ice
Plus I've got great variations for YOU!
I know what you are thinking! It sounds--- oh so plain. But if you like Wendy’s Frosty’s then you will most definitely like this. And it only has:
{{{{{Tan-ta-na-naaaa!!!}}}} [ end of special sound effects ;) ]
2 grams of fat,
2 grams of sugar,
250 calories,
and a whopping 50 grams of protein!
And in addition it is lactose free so this will not bug your stomach
(that means a lot less "sounds" coming from the other
end. hehehe), plus the added natural digestive enzymes will help your body digest it with even more ease. It also contains all the amino acids, is cholesterol free, and no added sodium!

Ok so here is my secret recipe for my Delicious, Chocolaty Ice-cream Protein
Dream---> Toss THIS in your blender:
- 5 ice cubes
- ˝ cup of water
- 2.5 scoops of American Whey protein (the Double Chocolate
flavor)
How to do it: EASY ---Blend it ‘till you get the right consistency!
I kid you not I have tried so many protein shakes, but this one is by far the best tasting and healthiest!!!

Oh and for a nutty kind of flavor just add a scoop of almond or peanut butter and blend it in with it. Or for the Rocky Road feel, just add chopped nuts! (About 7 whole)…The nuts will provide it with
Good Fat.

The Nutty, Chocolaty Banana Protein
Dream!!!
This one is so good that you may even want substitute regular ice-cream making
it a total yummy good desert on your cheat day!
Beware though- If you plan on doing this on a regular basis; Try to drink this one in the daytime because it has much more sugar in it and a bit more calories. Either make it for breakfast or your mid-day meal.
Check it!!!! The Nutty, Chocolaty Banana Protein Dream!!!
5 ice cubes
2 scoops of American Whey protein
˝ cup water
˝ banana
1 spoonful of peanut or almond butter.
Just throw it in the blender and you are done!!!!
This is a total of 317 calories, another whopping 47 grams of protein, 15 grams of sugar, the banana adds potassium, and the nuts add good fats and fiber!

Not so bad huh? Especially when you compare it to the real deserts which provide you with a
mere fraction of the protein, tons of sugar, and a ton more calories!!! For Example:
Compare to Wendy’s Frosty, which is actually one of the lightest fast food deserts out there, but LOOK:
1 Wendy's Frosty (small) =
330 calories of which,
8 grams are fat of those... 5 grams are saturated,
56 grams of sugar …= to about 10 spoonfuls of sugar,
Only 8 grams of protein!!!
And this frosty is certainly not lactose free!
About 50 % of the population is lactose intolerant and most people don’t even know it.
Really!
I truly hope you try this. You will love me forever or not, maybe you are a vanilla
