Allow me share with you my 6 personal secrets to the Hot Sizzling ABS we all want!

Secret # 1 Avoid Eating too many Sugars and too many Carbs. So how do you know you are eating too many? Simple: Do you have a visible strong, cut, and sexy midsection?  Cut out your sugars and carbs in half and watch what happens. Carbs secrete insulin, insulin leaves no room for fat burn. Fat is the layer that is on top of your muscles, so it will be hard to see your abs no matter how many crunches you do if you don’t eat right. Carbs alone will bind to water too, so your abs will be less visible. I eat on average about 50 grams of carbs a day : One to two servings of mainly non processed carbs like Organic berries, pineapple, mango and maybe oats, non GMO corn, brown rice, ezequiel bread/cereal. And yes Ill have a few squares of dark 85% chocolate.

 P.S. I consider Wine and Alcohol carbs, wine especially having more sugars. And the thing with alcohol is the aldehyde which you actually have to process before you get to burning the sugars, so it’s one step more the body has to take.  I personally don’t drink too much, maybe like once to about 3 times a month, sometimes zero (and not because I want to look a certain way, just because I like to feel healthy and vibrant, consequently it helps the way I look)

Secret # 2- Do High Intensity Full Body Exercises. This burns fat like crazy. Layers of fat  on your midsection is what is covering your abs so the fat is what you need to get rid of to see them. In addition, High Intensity Full Body Exercises such as sprints, burpees, High Knees, or playing High intensity sports like foot ball, basketball, soccer  require stabilization by your midsection stabilizer muscles.  This is a HUGE part of my programs  and I use this in almost all my workouts in my Online Getfitin6 Extreme Program. (I’ll tell you a bit more in just a second cause it’s time sensitive ) Oh and almost forgot, treading water, especially in a circular motion like an egg beater. So if you have a pool. Get to it!  I remember I had the best abs in the world when i played water polo. So Look at Sprinters, Gymnast, Swimmers, Water Polo Players, Dancers, and sport players of what I mentioned above. Most of them (99%) do full body, multi joint, multi directional, high intensity training. Need I say more? Marathon runners, Golf Players, – not nearly as many have great visibly toned abs, and body fat percentages are high.

Secret # 3 Do More Stability Ball (SB) Exercises   Adding an unstable piece of equipment like an SB makes your abs and all the stabilizer muscles work harder to create an overload  of stress on the muscles which is what causes them to change and grow. If you keep doing same old crunches or routine your body has already adapted and would need a new stimulus to define your abs more.  I have great ab workouts using the stability ball on my Extreme Online program as well! My current students love them!
